Minerva McGonagall - Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them

I've always like Professor McGonagall, but never thought I was quite the fit for her. So when I saw her young version in the movie, I was really excited. We see this outfit for only a couple of seconds, but it was enough for me to try to tackle it.

As a bonus, it was an excuse to make my first Edwardian corset (and costume). All the underlayers, as the wool dress were made by me.

The patterns used were a mix of adapted antique originals, Folkwear Patterns, and Truly Victorian patterns.
